Cream Cheese Icing
4 oz Cream Cheese, almost at room temperature
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Milk
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp softened Butter
In a medium bowl with a spatula, mix together all ingredients. This will take some elbow grease, but is worth it in the end. Then use it to ice your favorite cookies, muffin, cupcake, or cake!
